Wanted to let you know that EVERYTHING about our trip to
New York last week was wonderful, thanks to you! You
said it was all-inclusive, and it WAS! Our hotel (the
Milford Plaza) was in an excellent location and was fine
(we didn't spend much time in the room, anyway!). Staff
there was helpful and pleasant. All our vouchers and
tickets worked great; no hitches at all. The meals were
wonderful and close by our hotel which worked out well.
We LOVED Jersey Boys and highly recommend it. We were
so high afterward we had to go eat cheesecake at
Juniors! The tour buses were a real treat and the
guides gave us SO much information including history,
quirky stories, etc. which were different each time we
rode; a real plus! Tavern on the Green was an
experience we will never forget. We arrived early and
took a LONG carriage ride through the park; it was
great! We will be back and we will use you again!

We just got back from our
New York tour and it was everything that you
guys said it would be. There were no
disappointments and we highly recommend this
company to anyone that might be interested.

the people that help make this vacation one
of the best we have ever had. The Best
Western President Hotel, Olympia Diner,
Pomaire and Robert Emmett's restaurants and
the Gray Line tours are all to be commended
for excellence service. The tour guides were
very informative and helpful. Please keep up
the good work and continue to be the first
class company that you are. Again, we were
completely satisfied and plan to visit again

We're back home in
Kalamazoo safe and sound. We, all 10 of us had
a marvelous time!
The only complaint we had, is the mix up with
the reservations at the hotel. And even that
wouldn't have been so bad if we weren't already
running late, and cranky after spending 2 days
on the train.
The restaurants, especially the Chilean, were
wonderful. We can't say enough about how nice
New Yorkers are. Perfect strangers offered to
help us with directions, and carry our
bags.
Your offer to get us on TV was appreciated,
even though no one took you up on it. The
complimentary bottle of wine at the Chilean
Restaurant was well received. What made it
even better, was that I was one of the group
dinning there that evening.
Thank you for all your work to make this a
trip to remember. I'll be sure to recommend you
to anyone planning a NY trip.

Fabulous!
My Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
(4 days – 3 nights). Spamalot was fantastic.
Tavern on the Green was an experience we will
never forget. The service and dinner we
received the in Chilean restaurant was
exceptional. We had both been to the city many
times. But the 2 day access to the tour bus was
great. We saw sites we hadn't seen before.
Nothing is perfect however. The breakfast at
Smith's was just so-so. We were thinking that
vouchers for breakfast in the hotel would have
been better.
The staff at the Edison Hotel were great.

My friends
and I returned from our trip to New York
recently. We all had a great time and a lot of
the credit goes to your company. Our hotel was
in a great location and we also took advantage
of the boat cruise, the double decker bus tour,
and the Empire State Building observatory. It
was so nice to have vouchers for these
attractions plus for the restaurants rather
than reach into our pockets for money every
time we wanted to do something. We even used
our Metro pass one day and rode both the city
bus and the subway. A couple of the major
highlights were the Broadway musical
"Hairspray" and our dinner at Tavern on the
Green! We also enjoyed Times Square and spent
some time there each night. I have already
recommended your company to several
people.

Just want to tell you that we were very pleased
with our trip to NY. We want to thank you for doing such a
wonderful job on setting everything up for us.
We really loved the location of the hotel and the
Chilean restaurant (as you said) was quite delightful.
They were very attentive and the food was great. I also
loved the decor, the restaurant was romantic and had plenty of
character. We managed to take the Tour bus everywhere and
got the opportunity to
see a lot in such a short time. We also managed to pull
off going to the Empire State Building and take the boat to the
Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island to see the museum.
We really had a great time in NY.

Hello
We just returned home from our New York City vacation
which you organized for us. I can not tell you HOW
GREAT our trip was, you even arranged for 70 degree
weather! Of course, we have way more to do, so we MUST
come back. The Hotel accommodations surpassed my
expectations as did the meal choices. We especially
enjoyed our evening dinner at La Rivage - good food and
lovely environment. We were a little worried about
"doing" the subway and bus system, but thanks for the
Metro passes we did it! Also thanks for info on costs
of taxi service. We found New Yorkers to be friendly
and the city to be clean. We will recommend your
services to everyone we know.
